Bio: Jerry is one of the co-founders of ORS. He specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine and treatment of the knee and shoulder, including post arthroscopic and knee ligament reconstruction. Jerry is a graduate of Ohio State University. He has completed his certification in the BACKtoGOLF® “Sports Medicine Program for Golfers” and the Advanced BACKtoGOLF® Program. He is an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association, the Private Practice Section and the Sports Medicine Section of the APTA, the Michigan Physical Therapy Association and the American College of Sports Medicine.

Bio: Kevin is a co-owner of ORS. He specializes in sports injuries and athletic enhancement. He graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he had a double-major in exercise science and physical therapy. He received his athletic training degree through Albion college in 1996 and is a certified specialist in sports physical therapy. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the National Athletic Trainers Association, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Bio: Brandon joined our staff in 2003. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2002 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Brandon is a certified athletic trainer and a member of the sports section of the APTA. His main clinical interests are in sports medicine and orthopedics.

Bio: Aaron has been with ORS since October of 2001. He received his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in May 2000. Aaron is a member of the orthopedic section of the American Physical Therapy Association. His main clinical interests are in orthopedics and manual therapy.

Bio: Lisa graduated from GVSU in 1989 and has been with ORS since 1990. Lisa is the Clinical Director and a Physical Therapist at the Jonesville Clinic. She specializes in orthopaedics, especially post-surgical THA/TKA patients. She is an active member of APTA/MPTA and is trained in the Graston Technique. Lisa enjoys spending time with family, going to sporting events, cycling, walking and going up north.

Bio: Emily has been part of our team since 2006. She graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago in 2005 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Emily is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Michigan Physical Therapy Association. She has been taking continuing education courses in Manual Therapy through the University of St. Augustine and has been trained in the Graston technique. Emily also enjoys orthopaedics, sports rehabilitation and vestibular rehab.

Bio: Becky is a 1989 graduate of Andrews University with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in 1988 with her focus on Anatomy, Orthopedics & wellness/healthy living. Becky worked with us early in her career and has returned to work with us in 2007. She enjoys spending free time with her family and practicing yoga.

Bio: Adrienne received her Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Exercise Science from Oakland University (Go Grizzlies!). She went to graduate school to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University as well, which tends to focus on manual therapy. During her schooling, she worked as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor on campus. Her interests include working out, riding her motorcycle, and hanging out with friends.

Bio: Pam joined the ORS staff in 2010. She is a 1982 graduate of Northeastern University. Along with specializing in Orthopedics and Sports medicine she is a Certified Provider of the Graston Technique (a patented form of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization). She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Orthopedic Section, and the Michigan Physical Therapy Association. In her spare time Pam enjoys backpacking, gardening, and golf.

Bio: David graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2012 from Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. Soon afterward, he joined ORS in the summer of 2012. David has had diverse clinical training in his graduate studies. His clinical interests include manual therapy and othropedics. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, exercising, and cheering on his alma mater, University of Michigan Wolverines.

Bio: Connie joined the ORS team in 2012. She attended Adrian College and received her Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science in 1997. She then moved to Arizona and obtained her MSPT in 2000 from Arizona School of Health Sciences (AT Still University). Connie has worked in a variety of treatment settings in the Jackson area and was recently certified in the Graston Technique. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and 3 Shih-tzus.

Bio: J.T. graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2002 with his Master Degree in Physical Therapy with a focus on Manual Therapy. He has worked in multiple settings including outpatient, inpatient, and management, but has a passion for the outpatient setting where he specializes in orthopedic conditions. J.T. enjoys a diverse array of extra-curricular activities including a love for being a husband and father of three small boys. He is active in his church and community and also tries to find time for custom woodworking and turning wrenches on his Jeep.

Bio: Cassie graduated in 2009 from Spring Arbor University with a Bachelor Degree in Pre-Occupational Therapy and an emphasis on Equine-Assisted Therapies. She was married that summer to her husband, Luke and then continued her education at Western Michigan University where she graduated with a Master Of Science in Occupational Therapy in December 2012. She joined ORS in March 2013 and is passionate about helping people of all ages live life to the fullest through the means of Occupational Therapy. Cassie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to Lake Michigan, running, and riding horses.

Bio: Angie has been with ORS since 2002. She received her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Kellogg Community College in 1995. She has worked in various settings such as outpatient rehab, home care, acute care and skilled nursing facilities. Angie has worked at the Total Joint and Aquatic Center since its opening in 2004. Her various continuing education courses consist of Total Joint Replacements, Aquatic Therapy, Wound Care and Ulcer Prevention, Patients at Risk for Falls, and Geriatric Therapeutic Exercise. Angie enjoys spending time with family, traveling and attending Michigan State sporting events.

He is experienced in outpatient rehab, inpatient rehab, home health, and industrial rehab. Jason currently works at the Holt clinic. He especially enjoys working with athletes and helping them return to sports. In his free time Jason enjoys attending MSU athletic events and traveling.

Bio: Pete graduated from Mott Community College in 2008 with his Associates degree in Applied Science, as a Physical Therapist Assistant. His focus is on decreasing pain and returning people to their normal work and play activities. Pete plans to someday return to school and pursue his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Bio: Todd graduated from Central Michigan University in Dec. 2002, majoring in Sports Medicine with a minor in Exercise Science. He began working for Orthopedic Rehab Specialists in the spring of 2003 as the Athletic Trainer for Lumen Christi High School. In 2005, he graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with his Master’s Degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. After a short career move, he rejoined ORS in March 2009 where he worked at Vandercook Lake High School as their Athletic Trainer. Recently, Todd gained his license as a Physical Therapist Assistant, and has moved into the clinic full-time. Todd’s pride and joy is his daughter Maddison, born Aug 2011. He also enjoys playing golf, volleyball, and traveling with his wife Betsy.
